光明的智慧(三)~吐氣功~




現在教大家吐氣功﹐ 把不好的怒氣﹑怨氣吐出來﹐
這樣不但不會傷害自己﹐也不會讓別人遭殃。
把氣吐出來是不錯﹐但要把氣忍下來就是要功夫的﹐
只要下功夫就能把氣忍下來﹐這樣才能呈現一片祥和之氣﹐
這就是忍氣吐氣功。

心中有烏煙瘴氣時﹐要把這個忍氣功時常拿出來煉一煉﹐
這樣才不會讓自己的身體受不了﹐別人也不會受到傷害。
心要放輕鬆﹐要肯定自己﹑稱讚自己﹑就會很不錯。

Now let us learn how to " Let the air out"
let the damaging anger and grudges out with breathing
so that you will not get hurt and others will not beim
so unfortunate as to fall victim to it.
To let your anger out wiyh breathing is good thing,
but to hold in the needs,lots of effort.

Aslong as you put in the effort to hold your temper
you will be able to thwart or deter your anger.
Than everything will be peaceful and be in harmony.
This is a "holdin and breatheout" cultivating exercise.
When you have negative and damaging emotions inside,
practice this exercise so that you can renain healthy and
others will not got hurt.

Be relexed, affirm and admire yourself, and things will be great.
